Great Foundation Leadership Program serves boys and young men through structured programming designed to help them become capable, confident, purpose-driven adults. Our work is organized around three foundational pillars: Development, Empowerment, and Community.
Development focuses on purpose, leadership, and character. Empowerment equips participants through GreatReaders, FinSmarts financial literacy, AI literacy, and practical life skills. Community surrounds each young man with mentors, peers, schools, libraries, churches, volunteers, and strategic partners.

Emmanuel S. Desmolieres leads Great Foundation Leadership Program with a focus on practical education, mentorship, and long-term development for young men. His professional work in financial education and planning informs the organization’s commitment to financial capability, while the broader program emphasizes literacy, leadership, character, responsible technology use, and life readiness.
Through Great Foundation, he is building a support system designed to help young men strengthen the skills, confidence, relationships, and opportunities that shape adulthood.
